The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay. For the waterside experience and the opportunity to unwind by the water, the price was well worth it.

The rooftop pool, sauna and gym are open 24h hours, staff is super nice and we received a free upgrade.

The room was okay and clean. I prefer stiff beds and this room had one :)

I don’t know who writes these reviews but the location absolutely sucks: 20minutes with taxi from anywhere relevant like old quarter, lakes etc. Cant walk anywhere. No restaurants close by.”Spa” is a moldy sauna room and two beds for massage. The gym is treadmill and benchpress + dumbells. Nothing to write home about. Idk how they call it spa tbh.

The staff was friendly.

The room was very cramped and there was no window, the gym and pool were not clean at all and it was quite far from the centre.

It was okay for a few nights. Just somewhere to sleep and cheap

The bed was harder than the beds at ibis budgets if you’ve ever stayed at one. If you have back problems I wouldn’t stay here. The staff are very blunt and just look like they couldn’t be bothered compared to anywhere else in Vietnam. The location is in the middle of no where, no shops or restaurants anywhere near. The swimming pool is probably the size of about 6 bathtubs put together. No towels, no bar up there. Very run down.

Location is ok, but hotel needs a renovation and they need to buy a new towel ,pillow cover and quilt cover Breakfast was not bad

The checkin staff were very rude. All staff ignored us while they sat on their phones. It was dirty, our bath towels were all ripped and frayed, the breakfast was minimal. Wouldn't stay again or recommend.

I like the location and interior of the hotel. The receptionist was informative about the hotel facilities and the room.

Some things need to be improved, like their facilities on the 7th floor. I guess no one maintains the cleanliness on the 7th floor. The water is charged in the room. There was no complimentary water. The breakfast was tasty, but the staff wasn't attentive to their guests. One of them is playing on the PC.

Nice, clean rooms. Pool is also nice.

The rooftop does not have a bar, breakfast is not so good (cold coffee), not so tasty in general.

Sauna was not working or maybe instruction was weak.

Very convenient if you want to visit the museum od ethnology or go to My Dinh bus station. Good choice for breakfast. Very clean room and bathroom

A tiny bit noisy due to location but on the highest floors, it is ok

The staff was super helpful! Both before my arrival and during my short stay there. I had a problem with ordering food at a late hour from Grab food and a taxi for my mother from the airport and was helped a lot!!Thanks again for your support!

The mattress was a bit hard for my taste. The location is not central, but it's closer to the airport than the touristic center.

The location is a bit far from city centre, and they have same hotel name in different locations, just be aware before you book it

Good accommodation in Vietnam. The receptionist was really helpful and friendly, they showed us sightseeing spots, place

The breakfast is included, the staff are all super nice and helpful. the only issue is the location, it will cost 4-5 dollars to go to the city center by taxi. But you can rent a motor from the hotel's security for around 5 dollars a day. The rest is wonderful!!
